Ajibola Oshunnuga

Ajibola has an academic and professional background in finance and accounting. His eight years of experience spans consulting, finance advisory, financial planning, corporate finance, and treasury management for small, mid-sized and large global firms. Ajibola has an Operator and Investor relations experience underpinned by capital allocation at scale, finance strategy and real business execution. He has supported critical public-private partnership development projects in the UK and executed capital efficiency strategies in emerging markets across Africa.

He is very passionate about capital efficiency in emerging economies, infra and macro-economic risk management from an African perspective.

Mary Martins

Mary Martins is a qualified lawyer and corporate governance professional.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Bowen University, Nigeria, and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2019. She completed a Master’s degree in International Commercial Law (LLM) from Nottingham Trent University, United Kingdom. As a testament for academic excellence and leadership, she has received several prestigious awards, including the Nottingham Law School Excellence Scholarship and the Rev. Leslie Tuller Memorial Scholarship for Academic Excellence and Leadership. After being called to the Nigerian Bar, Mary was selected for the flagship cohort of the Hamu Legal Fellowship and worked as an Associate at Hamu Legal, a leading corporate and commercial law firm in Nigeria.

She presently provides board level support and compliance services at the International Well Control Forum (IWCF)- the only independent body focused on oil and gas well control training, accreditation and certification. Mary is the Founder of Diverse Law, a nonprofit organisation committed to empowering Nigerian law students through skills acquisition, mentorship, and access to developmental resources.

In her free time, she enjoys traveling, volunteering, and learning new languages.

Oluwadunsin Adebayo

Bringing over seven years of experience advising businesses and non-governmental agencies, Oluwadunsin is a seasoned professional with a rich blend of legal expertise, management consulting, and public policy. She began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers Nigeria, where she provided tailored advice to address the strategic business challenges of local and international companies. She then moved to Africa Practice, collaborating with multinationals and non-governmental agencies to track policy development in Nigeria. Currently, she is part of the government business team at Olaniwun Ajayi.

Oluwadunsin’s passion for the growth and development of the African people and economy aligns seamlessly with Infraspotlight’s vision to bridge the infrastructure knowledge gap and empower individuals and communities to take action for Africa’s infrastructure future.

Oluwatobi Aigbogun

With over a decade of experience, Tobi brings expertise in fundraising, strategic partnerships, and leadership. Recognised as one of the Most Influential People of African Descent and a recipient of the Forty Under 40 (UK) and Global Excellence Council Trailblazer awards, he has led transformative initiatives across Africa and beyond.

Previously the African Philanthropy Lead at World Vision UK, Tobi developed impactful programmes with high-net-worth individuals and organisations. He is the CEO (Europe) of the Africa Transformation Centres Foundation, a Trustee at the United Nations Association-UK and a Non-Executive Director at Healthwatch Greenwich, reflecting his commitment to global advocacy and community health.a
